How many shots will I need?? What will it cost??

I am a short, sweet and to the point kind of gal. If you are asking about Tequila shots......to each their own. That's a story for another day. 

When it comes to weight loss and semaglutide or tirzepatide, they are both weekly injections. That is the typical standard and what we follow. The usual weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week. If you incorporate a healthy diet and physical activity, the effects can be seen sooner or can be greater. We are all different and vary in our results. 

Oftentimes, I am asked how long will it take? That too depends on how many pounds you are trying to lose, what your diet is, what your level of activity is, how your sleep cycle is, and how well you are managing stress. Each of these can directly or indirectly inhibit or prolong your ability to attain successful results. 

I am here to help you along your way. From weight loss, to improving sleep, improving diet, becoming active and managing stress. 

How many yimes do you worry about a meeting and find that you couldn't sleep well? All these affect your overall health and goals you may be trying to attain. 

Weight loss products should be used as leverage or to help you get a jump start on your goals. Especially for women, as we age, it does seem or feels like losing weight gets harder. Our bodies change and we need to adapt. However, we also need to know what has changed to be able to adapt. That's for another day too, before I deviate. 

Cost can also vary. There are protocols for increasing your dose, but there is no set rule that says you have to continue to increase the dose. Maybe you are at month 3 and find that this month's dose is just what you need. Why not stay on that dose? Think of it like any other medication.....you typically want to be on the lowest effective dose. This also helps your pocket because you don't have to pay a higher rate for the increased dose....just saying....
